How to log in and make an online payment
Please go to our school’s website https://huishepiscopiprimary.co.uk/ (NOT WisePay’s website) and click on the WisePay logo which you will find at the bottom of the Home page on the right hand side next to the blue Twitter ‘bird’ logo. You will be taken to our school’s payment pages. On the right hand side of your school’s payment page, you will see a Login Area. Please use your personal User Name and Password to log in.
Can I change my password?
You need to log in for the first time using the User Name and Password letter given to you when you joined the school. However, after you have logged in, you are able to change the password given to one of your choice.
To do this, please go to ‘Change Password’ and follow the on-screen instructions. Please be aware that your email address becomes your User Name if you change your password. Remember to scroll down and save changes before leaving the page; otherwise you will be locked out the next time you try and login.
For security purposes, please ensure that the password you choose is unique to your ‘Wise Account’ and that you do not use it for any other login. WisePay recommends that you change the password issued initially to your own password.
What can I do on my ‘wise account’?
You can make payments online for school meals, trips and activities. You can also book after school clubs and make menu choices for your child if he/she is entitled to either Universal Free School Meals or Free School Meals. It is necessary to checkout some items which are free of charge in order to give permission for your child to take part.
You can also view your payment history by clicking on ‘my Wise Account’ tab at the top right of the page.
I have more than one student at the school
If you have more than one child at the same school, you will receive a User Name and a Password for each child. You can either choose to keep each account separate or to merge multiple accounts. To do this, go to your Wise Account and go in to ‘Merge an Account’. Please follow the on-screen instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the parent who is Contact One can do this; WisePay pulls through contact information from the school’s system so Contact One will be the parent you have told the school to contact first in an emergency.

Forgotten your password?
Contact the School Office on 01458 250673 and they can reset your password for you.
However, before using the new password it is advisable to clear your Cache Memory:
- If using a tablet/mobile –select the internet tab option and delete/clear all browsing history.
- If using a laptop/computer/chromebook –hold CTL and F5 when on the internet tab; this will refresh the page and remove any cache data blocking his computer.
Can the second contact login and make payments?
If you would like your spouse/second contact to be able to login and make payments, then please contact the School Office and they can authorise this and send a password to the Second Contact. Obviously, the Second Contact needs to have an email address logged on the school system for this to be enabled.
This is especially useful for divorced/separated parents where both would like to contribute to their child’s education.
When I try to login, it says error and that I need an ‘organisational code’?
This is probably because you have searched on the internet and tried to access the new WisePay App, which our school is not using at present. You need to login via our school’s website as per the instructions at the top of this document.
If we subsequently start using the App, we shall let you know but it is not planned at this time.
Why cannot I not merge accounts between my child at primary school and my older child at secondary school?
Although Huish Academy also uses WisePay (one of the reasons we decided to use this system at HEPS), it is not possible to merge accounts between schools. You can only merge accounts between siblings at the same school.
Why am I unable to checkout for some items?
Most items bookable on WisePay are set with a deadline for bookings for administrative and catering purposes. The deadline is clearly stated in the email which is sent out to parents/carers telling them an item is now live on WisePay and is also stated on the item’s description so we would encourage you to meet these deadlines.
It is possible for the School Office staff to make manual payments onto the system and still take cash/cheque payments but we are moving away from this to full online payments and bookings (like Huish Academy) so please try and book in time on WisePay in the future.

WisePay has given your school further information and this should answer any questions that you may have. Due to data protection and confidentiality considerations, unfortunately, WisePay cannot take questions over the telephone on individual accounts. Therefore, if you do have any questions, please go to your school who should be able to answer them directly or will contact WisePay on your behalf if they cannot.
