Colleague support

How can we help?

We are always happy to support schools and colleagues.  We have undertaken a great deal of this work over the past few years through local connections, Somerset Council and Preston Primary Academy Trust.  Here are some ways we have worked with schools:

• Conversations around our curriculum, assessment, reporting to parents, Teacher workload, behaviour and attendance
• Document sharing
• Welcoming colleagues for visits and visiting other settings
• Supporting with process analysis and change
• Colleague support by being a listening ear
• Mentoring new Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers and Subject Leaders
• Offering extended or additional placements to student Teachers

We offer initial support on an informal basis and free of charge. This is our way of paying back the help and support we received on our journey to where we are today.  For a more formalised offer, please contact Preston Primary Academy Trust.
