Homework

In the Autumn term, Year 6 and 5 pupils in Kingsmoor will have weekly homework, which will be set every Friday.  This work is to consolidate learning already covered in class and should need minimum supervision from parents.

Just before Christmas, the homework expectations for year 6 will change.  They will have 10 minute activites to do every day in the form of CGP booklets.

Please see Letter dated 4-13-18 to parents/carers of Year 6 pupils regarding homework here:

Homework for Year 6 Pupils – Letter to parents 4-12-18

Children need to read daily for 20 – 30 minutes and parents are asked to sign the School Planner to verify this.  Pupils also need to practice their times tables and spelling.
